FarFarAway Swap
A DEX prototype combining liquidity pools and an order book, built for the Encode Club x NEAR hackathon.
FarFarAway Swap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) prototype my team built for the Encode Club x NEAR hackathon, during my Kryptosphere years at INSA Lyon.
The idea was to optimize liquidity by combining a classic automated market maker based on liquidity pools with an order book, in a single swap algorithm on the NEAR blockchain. The project made it to the hackathon finale and reached the top 4-7/130 projects, winning a $1500 prize for the whole team (Nikita Terekhov, Anicet Nougaret, Kirill Makarov, Gustavo Bertoldi).
There was discussions to continue the project after the hackathon into a dedicated startup.
